Who do I call regarding a State or County owned road or right-of-way?: There are State owned and County owned roads and right-of-ways within the City limits. If you live on a state or county road/right-of-way then you need to contact these appropriate agencies: FDOT: (904) 360-5200, Nassau County Public Works: (904)-845-3610

1. How do I report a pothole in or around the right-of-way?: Call (904) 310-3310 and we will do our best to make the necessary repairs within 24 hours.

2. Who do I call in regards to streetlight issues located in right-of-ways?: Florida Public Utilities is responsible for streetlight and electrical repairs. They can be reached at (904) 261-3663

3. Who maintains the right-of-way? Where is the property line located?: The City of Fernandina Beach Street Maintenance Division maintains all City right-of-ways within the City. Typically, the property line is located 5’ behind the utility pole.

4. Who do I call regarding a State or County owned road or right-of-way?: There are State owned and County owned roads and right-of-ways within the City limits. 5. Who do I call for garbage/mulch/yard debris pickup?: Waste Management provides the City with sanitation services and hey can be reached at (904) 261-7186 or (904) 879-2301. The City of Fernandina Beach Sanitation Department collects yard debris and can be reached at (904) 310-3310.
