Online Payment Portal

This Saturday, August 13, we will be upgrading our Tyler Identity Authentication process (affecting permitting and utility payments). The technician will start at 8:00 AM and the process can take up to 8 hours. Citizen Self Service (CSS) will be inaccessible during this time. 

The first time customers login after the update, they will see a re-register pop-up, and will be directed on what to do next. This new login process will be more secure when authenticating login credentials.
