Weekly Aqua Aerobics schedule for both pools

Class sizes are limited and first come, first serve.

NOTE FOR CLASSES AT MLK:  These classes are combinations of shallow and deep water exercises that are more intensive than regular Aqua classes.

Monday

  • 9:00am:  AquaZumba at Atlantic
  • 10:00am:  AquaZumba at Atlantic
  • 3:00pm:  Bootcamp at MLK
  • 4:00pm:  HIIT at MLK

Tuesday

  • 9:00am:  Aqua Aerobics at Atlantic
  • 10:00am:  Aqua Aerobics at Atlantic

Wednesday

  • 9:00am:  Shallow Water Aqua at Atlantic
  • 10:00am:  Deep Water Aqua at Atlantic
  • 3:00pm:  Bootcamp at MLK
  • 4:00pm:  HIIT at MLK

Thursday

  • 9:00am:  Aqua Aerobics at Atlantic
  • 10:00am:  Aqua Aerobics at Atlantic

Friday

  • 9:00am:  Deep Water Aqua at Atlantic 
  • 10:00am:  Shallow Water Aqua at Atlantic
  • 3:00pm:  AquaZumba at MLK
  • 4:00pm:  HIIT at MLK

Saturday

  • 10:00am:  Bootcamp at MLK
  • 11:00am:  AquaZumba at MLK

*Non-City residents must pay an additional $30 annual fee for 10-admissions, 1-month, and 4-months passes.  The fee is valid October 1st - September 30th.

All fees above may be paid at the Atlantic Recreation Center or on-line at www.cofbparksandrec.us .  First time users must create accounts.  NOTE:  All credit card and debit card transactions will be charged a service fee of 2.5%, with a minimum charge of $2.00.

Please note:

Although the Atlantic Pool is heated, it will be covered and closed to swimming when air temperatures are below 350 F. During business hours, you may call 904-310-3350 ext. 1 for the status of pool closure. You may also click on the weather icon on the Parks & Recreation homepage for the official weather.
