The Community Development Department (CDD) is dedicated to providing a full range of community services including: comprehensive planning, land development administration, development plan review, building permit review, building inspections, code enforcement, historic preservation, urban forestry, GIS mapping, and citizen advisory board administration.

Application forms are available on the City's website located in the Document Center under "City Forms" or in hard copy at the Community Development Department at 204 Ash Street. Forms are updated periodically, so be sure to check the website for the latest version before you submit an application.
