This Parade will begin at the Peck Center, 516 S. 10th Street This is an annual parade celebrating the life and legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. This parade begins at the Peck Center located at 516 S. 10th St. This parade concludes at the MLK, Jr. Center on Elm Street.
