Removal, restoration, and reinstallation of 2 legacy signs with the following conditions:

Vertical Sign ("PALACE")
1. As much of the historic fabric as possible must be retained. Historic elements agreed upon for restoration are the interior cabinet structure, original brackets and cables, section dividers, original "P-A-L-A-C-E" (x2) lettering;
2. Cabinet and topper to be recreated to match size/design/appearance of original exactly;
3. Sign cabinet will be painted Burgundy PMS 187;
4. A Final design inspection will occur either via detailed photographs, or onsite BEFORE the sign is reinstalled.

Horizontal Sign ("PALACE SALOON WINES & SPIRITS"):
1. Wood center will be replaced with new CNC routed high-density urethane sign panel;
2. Aluminum frame will be refurbished and receive new electrical wiring, sockets, and bushings;
3. LED lights will be permitted, but must replicate the appearance and light quality of the original incandescent bulbs as much as possible;
4. Lights must be steady-on. They will not be permitted to chase or blink;
5. Colors will be a green background with white lettering.

CURTIS LASSERRE, TRUSTEE C/O POYNTER CONTRACTING, 15 S. 4TH STREET (HDC SA 2017-24)
Install 8FT wood fence in rear to connect with neighboring 8FT fence, same color as existing.
5.9.

Replace 9 windows with white Andersen windows 200 Series. Add one window on north side façade. Remove screening from porch and remove existing chain-link fence.

Construct 24' X 12' brick patio in rear of house using salvaged bricks from old brick piers.

Restoration of six (6) front window sashes, exterior trim to match existing.

Reproduction of gingerbread & decorative items using cedar or yellow pine. Repair porch flooring with yellow pine and repaint structure with the following colors:

Windows:  Dragonfly PPG1162-7
Trim:          White
Shutters:    Dragonfly PPG1162-7

5.13.
RICK + SUSAN BROWN C/O HYGEMA HOUSE MOVERS, 115 S. 9TH STREET (HDC SA 2017-29)
Replace foundation piers, raising structure 24"above existing finish floor elevation. Perimeter piers to be clad in brick veneer. With the following conditions:
1. Any exterior changes that are needed as a result of approval of HDC SA 2017-29 (i.e. stairs, porch, etc.) will require a separate COA;
2. Brick from historic piers should be salvaged/recycled to the extent feasible.
5.14.
ISLE OF EIGHT FLAGS SHRIMP FESTIVAL C/O HARRY HARRISON, FRONT STREET PARKING C (HDC SA 2017-31)
Install temporary construction trailer for the Shrimp Festival Committee headquarters from May 4 to May 8, 2017.
