THE CITY OF FERNANDINA BEACH REQUESTS AMENDMENTS TO LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE SECTION 1.07.00 AND 3.06.00 ADDING DEFINITIONS FOR WILDLIFE LIGHTING (SEA TURTLE), PROVIDING UPDATED STANDARDS, COMPLIANCE PROCEDURES, PENALTIES, AND ESTABLISHING A SEA TURTLE FRIENDLY FUND.
