Fitness Areas
All fees on this page may be paid on-line on the Parks & Recreation Department's RecPro website: www.cofbparksandrec.us. First-time users must create accounts. Payments may also be made at the facilities (cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover).
Peck Gym
*Extended hours on Tuesdays and Fridays (9:00pm) during Open Adult Volleyball; extended hours on Wednesdays (8:00pm) during Open Adult Indoor Soccer
Peck Gym Fitness Fees**
Daily use: $3 City residents, $5 Non-City
1 month pass: $25 City residents, $31 Non-City
Four (4) months pass: $75 City residents, $94 Non-City
Twelve (12) months pass: $225 City residents, $282 Non-City
**Active and retired U.S. military receive City resident rates with valid military identification.

Atlantic Fitness Room at the Atlantic Recreation Center
Precor treadmills, ellipticals, upright, and recumbent bikes; Nautilus StairMaster Stepmill; Concept 2 rower; Hammer Strength plate loaded fitness equipment; Magnum Fitness Biangular Series and Cybex machines; squat rack; Smith machine; deadlift platform and bumper plates; Troy weighted curl bars (20lbs - 110lbs), free weights, dumbbells (3lbs - 100lbs), and kettlebells (5lbs - 50lbs). Ages 13 and up (ages 13-15 with adult supervision; ages 16-17 unsupervised but with waiver signed by parent or guardian). Days and hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am-7:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am-4:00pm.
Personal training is available with trainer Charity Ross, who has Personal Trainer certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification through ACE, among other certifications. Atlantic Fitness Room
Bootcamp Classes at Main Beach
Join instructor Charity Ross for her 28-day Bootcamp right on Main Beach (some classes held at Egans Creek Park also). This camp will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic capacities and core strength with sprint drills, plyometric exercises, and conditioning circuits. Early morning and early evening classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays and morning classes on Saturdays. $150 per participant (includes nutritional coaching and meal plans)

Co-ed Exercise Classes
MLK, Jr. Recreation CenterTuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00pm
NOTE: Due to concerns with COVID-19, Co-ed Exercise classes are canceled until further notice.
Exercise routines follow the Hip Hop Abs(R) video series and are instructed by John Coverdell. Routines are self-paced, and all fitness levels are welcomed.
$3 per class

Egans Creek Park - Fitness Trail and Outdoor Fitness Equipment
Egans Creek Park, located at the corner of Wolff Street and Atlantic Avenue (2201 Atlantic Avenue), has a 1/4 mile fitness trail and four separate shaded fitness stations on the trail equipped with Greenfields Outdoor Fitness Equipment. Below is a list of the fitness equipment items, several of which are wheelchair accessible:

- 2-person wheelchair accessible lat pulldown
- 2-person wheelchair accessible chest press

Cardio and core: stair-climber, elliptical cross trainer, 4-person combo bars, and 2-person sit-up incline benches
Chest and shoulders: 2-person wheelchair accessible vertical press, butterfly, and 2-person wheelchair accessible chest press
Chest, back, and arms: 2-person back & arms combo, 2-person wheelchair accessible lat pulldown, and accessible butterfly
Legs: lying leg curl, 4-person leg press, and leg extension
